**Shipping**

We transport puppies exclusively via airlines once they reach 8 weeks of age. Our shipping partners are highly experienced in animal transport, providing exceptional care through pet care professionals while adhering to strict safety guidelines, unlike standard airlines. Typical shipping durations range from 4 to 8 hours in total (all within the same day), varying based on flight schedules and distance. Flights are organized in advance, complete with confirmed arrival times and tracking numbers. Our pet delivery service includes climate-controlled facilities to ensure the comfort of the puppies throughout their journey. We ship seven days a week, including holidays, and strive to make your shipping experience seamless, ensuring you have a wonderful occasion when collecting your puppy from the airport.

**Cost of Shipping**

The current shipping cost includes an airline-approved carrier and a health certificate. Please note that prices are subject to change in response to airline price adjustments.

**Forms of Identification**

Upon delivery of the puppy to your home, you will need two forms of identification. When collecting your puppy, one of these must be a contact number. The name listed on the paperwork is the only individual authorized to receive the puppy. If someone else will be picking up the puppy, please inform me of their name, and I will update the paperwork accordingly. Without this notification, the airline may refuse to release the puppy. This protocol is in place for your protection, ensuring only authorized individuals can claim your new pet.

**Picking Up Your Puppy**

Should you wish to collect your puppy in person, please schedule your pickup at least three days in advance.

**What is Involved in the Shipping Process of a Puppy**

Once all balances have been settled, I will contact the pet delivery service to arrange for the puppy's transport. For this, I will need:

- Your home address

- The name of the individual who will be signing for the puppy

- Two contact numbers

The specifics of the shipping day and time will largely depend on flight availability, temperature considerations, and our own schedule regarding the delivery service.

I can typically book a flight as soon as you are prepared. After reserving the flight for your puppy, I will communicate the flight details, airway bill, and tracking number to you via email or phone. All you need to do is be home for the puppy's arrival.
